Never worry about signing checks again! Alleviate the headache of lost, stolen, or damaged paychecks. This service is also a highly valued benefit to your employees. When they are on vacation or out of town on business, their pay is always available. Employees can have their pay split into as many accounts as they would like. Employees will still receive a check voucher as confirmation.
You will receive your checks with your signature already on them. Even if you do not want checks pre-signed every payroll, PMI can keep a copy of your signature on file. This can be a great feature when you are on vacation! PMI can even have your company logo printed on your checks.
Paycheck Reconciliation Service
Each payroll PMI will direct debit your company the total amount of your payroll. PMI will administer direct deposits and checks to your employees off of a PMI bank account. PMI will take on the responsibility of all paycheck reconciliation for your company.
Time-Off Accrual Tracking
PMI will track employee sick, vacation, and personal hours for you. Just send PMI a copy of your time off policy and one of our programmers will format PMI’s software to meet your needs. Employees can even see their time off balances on each paycheck.
